Coming together from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences, our skilled team of professionals is the backbone of Hands of Hope For Life. Their ideas help shape the direction and mission of our organization as it continues to develop. The desire of each employees' heart is to be a support to individuals and families that are seeking care during a pregnancy situation. Hands of HOPE and it's employees are here to comfort, strengthen and love on all who seek our services with the love of Jesus Christ.

Michelle Flynn

Executive Director/Finance Manager

Michelle has been with Hands of HOPE since 2014. As E.D., she wears many hats & strives to lead her team in a way that they can be their best for the client. She is also responsible for accounts payable & receivable. She has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology/Christian Counseling from Liberty University. Using what she has learned through education & experience, she helps our clients sort through the difficult times they may experience being a parent or deciding through their pregnancy. Raising three children of her own, Michelle can give practical parental advice as she gives honest & truthful information while counseling clients with care & compassion.  Her goal is to create a safe place for those considering abortion to get clarity in their decision making, as well as meet the needs of parents in the community who require a helping hand to become the best parent they can be!

Angie Davis

Office Manager/Client Service Director

Angie has been with Hands of Hope since 2018 and is a great advocate for our clients. She is the primary person who meets with clients and finds out how we can best serve them. She has an Associate Degree in Health and Human Services through Ultimate Medical Academy in Tampa, Florida. She is a certified Sexual Risk Avoidance Specialist through Ascend and certified Child Birth facilitator through Bright Birth Academy. She has 20 years of experience with Direct Client Care as well as experience raising six children in her blended family. Her kind and caring heart provides a welcoming atmosphere to all who contact us.

Rosanne Staab

Administrative Assistant

A recent education retiree of 30 years, Rosanne began with Hands of Hope as a volunteer, and then recently became a part time employee. She answers the phone, greets clients, assists Michelle and Angie with clerical work, and assists in any other way she can. Her desire to help women in a crisis pregnancy situation began while living and working in Columbia, SC. At her church, Rosanne heard about the need for volunteers at the local Birthright Pregnancy Center. She and her husband John were volunteers there for several years. Rosanne and her husband recently moved back to Rutherford County to be near her family. She grew up in this community and is glad to be back and in a position to help women, children, and families here.

Denisse Morales

Bi-lingual Client Advocate

Denise has been employed with Walmart pharmacy for almost 10 years. She has been with Hands of Hope for 7 months and is now a part time employee. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management from Gardner Webb University. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently and is a great asset to the ministry here at Hands of Hope.  Denisse has been married for 9 years and is the mom of a 5 year old daughter, Emma, and 9 month old Sebastian! One of her favorite ways to spend time is with her family. Denise is an committed member of her church and truly cares about our clients.
